The Buyer hereby gives consent for his/her personal data to be used and processed within the following scope: First name, Last name, Phone number, Email address, Permanent address, Mailing address, Date of birth, and that his/her personal data may be disclosed to those employees of the Seller who mediate providing the service.
The Buyer acknowledges being informed that he/she has the right to access all data processed about him/her, right to request information about processing of his/her personal data, and in case he/she believes that the Seller performs such personal data processing which is against the law, he/she has the right to require clarification or removal of a defective condition from the provider. If there is no clarification or remedy, he/she has the right to appeal directly to the Office for Personal Data Protection. The Buyer granted this consent to personal data processing voluntarily for the duration of this contract and also for the period of one year after termination of the Service.

The Seller declares that all personal information is confidential and will be used only for the purposes of the execution of this contract with the Buyer and Seller's marketing events (including the ones carried out by Seller's contractual partners) and will not be disclosed in any other way nor provided to third parties with the exception of situations relating to the distribution or payment transactions relating to the ordered goods (communication of name, account number and address for delivery) or special marketing events. The Seller acts so that the data subject is not infringed upon his/her rights, in particular the right to human dignity, and shall also ensure protection against unauthorized intrusion into the private life of the data subject. The Buyer has the right to access his/her personal data and correct them, including the right to request clarification and removal of a defective condition and other legal rights to these data.

Personal data that the Buyer provides to the Seller voluntarily to meet the order requirements and Seller's marketing events are collected, processed and stored in accordance with the applicable laws of the Czech Republic, in particular with Act No. 101/2000 Coll. on the Protection of Personal Data, as amended. The Buyer gives the Seller his/her consent to the collection and processing of these personal data for purposes of satisfying the subject of the contract of sale concluded and to the use for the Seller's marketing purposes (mainly for sending commercial messages, including using third parties) until his/her written statement disagreeing with this processing sent to the address info@protectu.cz. In this case a written statement is also considered the electronic form, in particular using email.
